On Thursday, March 18, 2021, from 3 to 4 pm Eastern, I will be presenting at an Ohio Society of CPAs webinar on how you can use Google Sheets to bring data analytics into your classroom. You can register for free at this link.
This webinar will feature a Google Sheets data analytics project I released in January 2021 using the City of Magicville dataset (link.) This Google Sheets project can be completed by students using Chromebooks or laptops. I will be walking through the project and what you need to know about the project and data analytics before using it in your own classroom.
I did a webinar for the AICPA in November 2020, featuring a different project, Kent Cabinet Hardware (link.)
These cases, and more, are available on my blog, Accounting in the Headlines. Within each blog post for each project is a link to request the teaching notes or solutions (I do only send solutions to educators.)
