New type of blog post – Technology tips

Greetings!
I wanted to let you know that I am adding a new type of blog post to Accounting in the Headlines. I will be posting Technology Tips periodically. These tips will be short articles about some type of technology that you can use in teaching introductory accounting. I am going to focus on technology ideas that are (1) easy to learn; (2) simple to implement; and (3) free (or inexpensive.) As many of you know, I am a technology geek and I want to share some things that I have learned that have made my teaching easier or more effective.

My first technology tip blog post is coming out shortly. I will show you how to add closed captions to YouTube videos that you have created by uploading your script Word document to YouTube.

I will be interested to hear what you think about these technology tips.
